On April 8 the first day of theoretical training for the national Energy and Climate Consultants took place in Hotel International Tirana. 30 selected applicants joined the training to learn about the Albanian Energy Management System and tools developed within the Smart Energy Municipalities Project. SEMP launched the Energy and Climate Consultant training program with the idea to introduce external advisors for municipalities helping them to comply with their legal obligations and contributing to the national energy and climate targets.
